2. Service Nature

CtrlFlow provides digital marketing, paid advertising management, creative, SEO, branding, and related consulting services. Fees usually cover time, strategy, campaign setup, creative work, management, and third-party coordination.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

• Monthly retainers and subscription plans are billed in advance.
• You may cancel future renewal by emailing support@ctrlflow.site.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered where a duplicate payment was made, a billing error occurred, or we have not yet started the paid work. Once work has started, fees are generally non-refundable because service delivery time and resources are committed immediately.

5. Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs

Advertising spend, platform fees, software subscriptions, creator fees, stock assets, and other third-party costs are not refundable by CtrlFlow where they have already been incurred or paid to a third party.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@ctrlflow.site with your company name, invoice or payment reference, amount, payment date, and reason for the request. We aim to review requests within 10 business days.
