- False advertising, fake reviews, fake endorsements, or manipulated metrics.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your products, services, claims, customer data, and supplied materials are lawful and accurate. You must have the right to use any logos, images, testimonials, product data, or audience lists you provide to us.
4. Advertising & Platform Rules
Campaigns must comply with applicable laws and the policies of platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Bing, payment providers, email providers, and analytics tools. We may refuse or pause work if content or targeting appears to breach those rules.
5. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may suspend services, remove or refuse content, terminate an engagement, or notify relevant providers or authorities where required by law.
